- 12 weekly 60 minute group coaching calls (long distance charges may apply and are paid for by the participant).
- Six 15 minute private one-on-one personal coaching sessions with the Tele-Seminar coach
- Unlimited email access to your coach
- Unlimited and complimentary access to monthly teleconferences with experts and guest speakers on various topics such as success with: life balance, fear and confidence, weight management.
